Pricelist

From 1st of November 2022 to February 28th 2023, the entire campus is closed.

We only accept group and multi-day stays.

During the summer holidays (July and August) we only accept stays of two or more days. The minimum number of nights is 2.

• The price includes

• Bed linen and towels, toiletries.
• Toilet and private bathroom with shower and sink.
• Kitchen and dining room (shared fridge, 5 ring stove, oven, toaster, kettle, automatic coffee machine), seating for 8 people at a time inside and another 12 on the terrace, crockery and cutlery, condiments, tea towels, containers for sorted waste.
• Outdoor fireplace with spit and grill plate.
• Wi-fi.
• Tourist and other fees.

• Services at extra cost

• Breakfast tray according to the number of persons (home-cooked eggs, ham, cheese, bread/bread rolls, butter, homemade marmalade/honey, juice 0.2 l, coffee or tea of your choice). Price per person 100 CZK.
• Evening basket - romantic menu for two (baguette, prosciutto, hard cheese, homemade pate, nuts, wine from Klučov winery 0,7 l). Price for two persons 500 CZK.
• Barbecue menu according to the number of persons (chicken, sausages, seasonal vegetables, fresh bread, sauces and dips). Price for two persons 350 CZK.
• Cleaning during the stay and change of bed linen (300 CZK).
• Hire of party tent and/or bar equipment (by agreement).

• Accommodation conditions

• On the day of arrival we will be happy to welcome you from 14:00.
• Please plan your departure by 10:00 am.
• 50% deposit of the price in advance, the rest to be paid no later than the day of arrival.
• A refundable deposit will be requested upon arrival. Please have CZK 2,000 ready.
• The whole area is non-smoking except for the reserved areas.
• We love animals, but please leave your pets at home.

• Cancellation fees on the amount paid

• 0-7 days until arrival - 100 %
• 8-14 days until arrival - 75%
• 15-30 days until arrival - 50%.
• More than 30 days, no cancellation fee.
• We are not subject to VAT.
